Sound Baths

A sound bath is an immersive experience of relaxation and healing. The healing crystal bowl vibrations  resonate thought your body as you relax and allow your mind and body to be energetically realigned. A sound bath is like a concert for the soul. I incorporate a light meditation to lead you into a relaxed state and then the move to the sound elements. This is such an incredible healing experience, and it's a perfect place to start if you haven't been introduced to this type of healing modality.

PRIVATE SOUND BATHS

My  sound immersion experience features eight crystal bowls with the 432 hz healing frequencies, Tibetan bowls, bells and wind chimes. The powerful tones of the crystal bowls will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This is a perfect experience for  private parties, healing circles, an evening with friends, or corporate events.

CORPORATE SOUND BATHS

Many companies offer weekly or monthly sound baths for their employees as part of workspace mental health and mindfulness initiatives. I tailor the experience depending on the dynamics of the group and specific topics the employers feel would be beneficial.
